Food is a vast and important topic in yoga and its sister medical science of Ayurveda. Registered Yoga Instructor and Ayurveda student, Beth Sanchez, will help us understand the basic principles of Ayurvedic cooking to support our particular doshic constitution. We will prepare some simple Ayurvedic dishes and adjust recipes/cooking techniques so they best support our digestion, and deep nourishment. Menu includes moong dal kitcheree, saag paneer, spiced yams & greens, ghee, and an ojas building shake – perfect after love making. Investment, $25.00, Sat, March 13, 1:00 -3:00 PM.
