Join Sara and her daughter Grace for an evening of movement/asana, songs and games as we move from being super silly to quiet, calm and peaceful. Family yoga provides a wonderful space for the entire family to bond and connect while simultaneously stretching, strengthening, and relaxing your body. We’ll move like animals, explore different breathing exercises, and of course have fun giggling and connecting to our own inner child. This class is appropriate for all ages and parents/caregivers will practice alongside their kiddos.

$10 for one adult and one child or $15 for the entire family (up to 4 people). Non-mobile babies are welcome at no additional charge. Parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles, friends of the family, etc. are all invited to attend. Pre-registration is encouraged to reserve your spot.

This workshop will teach you when to introduce new foods, how exciting the first three months of solids can be, and easy tips to prepare & freeze in quantity to save time. You will also leave with a few samples of food to try for your little one. This workshop will be led by Mish Mash Homemade, whose mission is to help families nourish their growing babies with homemade, healthy, local food. Babies are welcome!
