Family Funtime at Spiral

Family Funtime is exactly that: fun for the entire family. Each event will provide live music, interactive stories with a positive message, and playful yoga. Families will bond by interacting with one another in a fun social setting as well as have the opportunity to meet and connect with other families. No previous yoga experience required. Be prepared to move, have fun, sing, and play music with your family.
Come on out with your family and have some fun with ours!

Kids Yoga 3 Class Series

This class is designed for kids ages 4-10. Each class will include yoga postures, songs, games, breathing exercises, and space to be quiet, calm, and peaceful. In addition to building strength, balance, and flexibility, kids will naturally develop more inner body awareness and will enjoy having a space to creatively express themselves through movement, breath, and intention.
3 week session
Saturday February 26th-March 12th, 2011
12:30-1:15 pm
Investment: $35.00 for entire 3 week session (pre-registration required) or regular class prices for drop ins.
Toddler Yoga/Movement Series Begins February 23rd

Toddler Yoga/Movement provides an excellent space for the entire family to bond and connect while simultaneously stretching, strengthening, and relaxing your body. Each class will include movement/asana, songs, games, and time to slow down and rest. By practicing yoga with your toddler(s) you are setting a foundation for and investing in their health and wellness. Yoga helps build strength, balance, and concentration while simultaneously stimulating their senses, providing social interaction, enhancing their self-esteem, and improving communication and stress management skills. This class is tailored for crawlers to age four. Parents/caregivers practice together with their toddler(s).
Wednesday February 23rd-March 16th, 2011, 10:15-11:00 am
$40 for entire 4 week session (pre-registration required) or regular class prices for drop ins. Parents/caregivers with multiple children are encouraged to attend. Prices apply to one adult and one toddler. Additional toddlers are $5 per child. Non-mobile babies are welcome at no additional charge.
Family Yoga, Sat, Dec 11, 4:30 – 5:15

Join Sara and her daughter Grace for an evening of movement/asana, songs and games as we move from being super silly to quiet, calm and peaceful. Family yoga provides a wonderful space for the entire family to bond and connect while simultaneously stretching, strengthening, and relaxing your body. We’ll move like animals, explore different breathing exercises, and of course have fun giggling and connecting to our own inner child. This class is appropriate for all ages and parents/caregivers will practice alongside their kiddos.
$10 for one adult and one child or $15 for the entire family (up to 4 people). Non-mobile babies are welcome at no additional charge. Parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles, friends of the family, etc. are all invited to attend. Pre-registration is encouraged to reserve your spot.

Friends and Yogis, please visit us this Saturday at North Denver’s biggest shindig, the Highland St. Fair. We will have a regular adult booth on 32nd between Osceola and Newton AND we will have a set up in the KID ZONE. We would love to see your smiling faces throughout the day!! Bring friends, family, children, smiles.

Come wile away the fantastic Spring evening in Yogic super-style this Saturday with Yogi Lisa Schlelein putting you in all the right poses while DJ Aaron Vincent spins an eclectic mix of down-tempo, intelligent hip-hop, funk, and whatever else happens to fall out of his delightful record bag. Regular class pricing applies, 5:30 PM-7:00 PM.

Please join Yoga Teacher and Rolfer, Allison Benner and DJ Daybreaker this Saturday evening. Take part in “EVERYTHING ECSTATIC,” an evening of dance, yoga, and PLAY. Come experience a joyous celebration of movement, spirit, and community. Stay after 7:00 for POT luck. Oh, and it would be ever so wonderful if you could bring a veggie dish or a drink to share.
