Yoga & Aromatherapy Workshop: The Memory of Trees

by Brent on Feb.01, 2011, under Uncategorized1, workshops

Join Christine Miller and Sandra Konta for a yoga and aromatherapy experience that promises to restore and renew. Practice with the will as we dive in, nose-first, to play and rest with movement and essential oils!

We’ll explore the sweet smells of the Seville orange tree…not just of its fruit but also the blossoms, leaves and branches. It is in wholeness that we will meet together to marry our will with our action, the olfactory way. With this memory of trees, we’ll plant the seed of remembrance. You’ll leave this workshop with your own essential oils to recall your intentions whenever you need a reminder of your divine nature.

Please bring your notebook as our time will be split into some writing, part strengthening, much restorative and guided meditation, lots of aromatherapy (petitgrain oil, neroli oil, Seville orange oil, juniper incense, lavender flowers,…)…and ALL devotion to YOU and YOUR journey.
This workshop is safe and available for all levels, injuries and pregnancies

Sunday, March 6th 1:00 – 3:30
Investment: $30 before Feb. 11 $35 After Feb. 11
