She is a Master Ayurveda Practitioner, Western Doctor, and Spiritual Teacher who speaks to grounded, practical issues we deal with on the path of life. Toddler Yoga/Movement Summer Camp
Share the practice of yoga with your toddler this summer. Each class will include movement/asanas, songs, games, and time to slow down and rest. By practicing yoga with your toddler you are setting a foundation for and investing in their health and wellness. Yoga helps build strength, balance, and concentration while simultaneously stimulating their senses, providing social interaction, and improving communication and stress management skills. This class is tailored for crawlers to age four. Parents/caregivers practice together with their toddler.
Wednesdays from 10:15-11:00 am
July 21: Breath Awareness
July 28: ABC’s of Yoga
August 4: Animal Fun
August 11: Exploring Gratitude
$40 for entire 4 week session (pre-registration required) or regular class prices for drop ins. Prices apply to one adult and one toddler. Additional toddlers are $5 per child.
Fight Child Rape Trade With Your Yoga Practice, July 11
